1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice 1 Tbsp cornflour 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed 1/2 small pawpaw, seeded, peeled and sliced 1 large hot roasted chicken from the supermarket Combine 2 tablespoons of the juice with the cornflour to make a paste. Warm the remainder of the juice in a saucepan. Stir in the paste. Simmer, stirring, until thickened. Add the peas and heat through. Add the papaw and heat through. Place the hot chicken on a serving dish. Spoon the sauce on top. Great served with rice. — serves 4-6
